Eligibility for Returns

• Returns accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items only
• Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Condition of Products

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Products not meeting conditions may not be accepted

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless our mistake
• Used or damaged-by-customer items are not eligible

Replacement Option
